Now we are home and settling back into England, I absolutely had to come on to write this review on Taylor-Made Travel & where do I begin?!
From the first message enquiring about booking a family holiday, everything in between that time and right up until when we were on our holiday, Lucy has been phenomenal. She is meticulous when it comes to organising every part of your holiday and I can vouch first hand that everything she had organised from organising and chasing our passport applications, considerate flight times, private transfers, our hotel, excursions/trips, enquiring with anything necessary so we had zero stress..
All I can say is, she is faultless and I wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that Lucy made our holiday what it was with her impeccable, thoughtful organisation and planning. Since our holiday to Dubai, I’ve enquired about numerous other trips and she just pulls it out the bag each and every time.
It’s the most wonderful, priceless feeling, knowing you are in the safest of hands when booking a trip and I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough for any small or big trip/holiday. You will be very very well looked after and couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much Lucy.

Used Lucy to book a special Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately flights were cancelled by the airline however within 24 hours Lucy had found an alternative and proceeded to arrange refunds from the cancelled trip. Having Lucy took all the stress out of the process.
What was arranged was absolutely fabulous. The hotel was amazing and the weekend was astounding. We will be continuing to use Lucy for all of our holiday requirements and would recommend that you do too.

Lucy has been my PA over the last few months organising things for me I have booked 3 separate things with her and she’s been very patient with me and my specifics! She takes care of everything to make it a hassle free booking. We’re off to Disney land as a surprise for my girls at the end of the month and she’s even going to help me with an itinerary! Couldn’t recommend Taylor-Made Travel enough. Lucy goes the extra mile to ensure she caters for all needs.It was our first family holiday with two young children. Both under the age of 2 1/2.
The accommodation that was found was perfect, even down to the small detail of ensuring we had what we needed in our room. We had kitchen with a microwave so it was so easy to sterilise my babies bottles. Two separate rooms, with all equipment needed to support our family.Lucy helped to source fun, age appropriate activities and we had the best time at The Aqua Show water park. The weather was perfect and we will be definitely be going back.Also Luc gave us great tips and advice for our first flight. What we were allowed to take through security and plans just in case things went wrong!Thank you so much for your help! We will of course be booking things again soon.
